You are invited to join us for a transformative 3 day healing journey in Ibiza. Through ceremony, ritual, sound, horse healing and sacred island adventures, we will remember what it means to live in harmony within our feminine nature, with each other and with the earth. This is an invitation to walk the beauty way. We will gather in our nature sanctuary overlooking the majestic Es Vedra, surrounded by crystal waters, trees and spring flowers in full bloom. This island radiates a light which truly opens the heart and awakens the soul. We will pray with each sunset, walk bare foot in the forest, swim in the cleansing waters and sing in ancient womb caves as we remember that we are the bridge between heaven and earth…

BELTANE & THE SPIRIT OF IBIZA
Experience this gentle yet transformative journey whilst held in the profound beauty and spirit of Ibiza - a crystalline island which offers a tangible healing energy that can be felt the moment you step on the land. We will gather for 3 days over Beltane - the midway point between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice. Mother Earth is blossoming in all of her aliveness and abundance at this time, making it a divine moment to come together to return to harmony and bring a greater sense of oneness with the natural world around us. Beauty has the power to heal, bringing a sense of awe and allowing us to access a child like innocence within the heart. Es Vedra will be our anchor - known as the third most magnetic place on earth. A sacred site which holds many myths and stories but the energy has to be experienced to be truly understood - it is palpable and truly touches the soul. If you want to experience the real Ibiza, this is your chance.

THE DETAILS

Thursday 30th - Saturday 2nd May (Beltane)
Timings vary each day but it will be from morning until sunset. This is a non-residential day experience meaning you will need to book your own accommodation. Upon booking you will receive a schedule for 3 full days and evenings. You will be immersed in nature, nourished with incredible food and healing practices whilst held in the arms of love - then you will be able to go back to your own space for sleeping and integration. Our first day on Thursday 30th April begins 11.00am so it is advisable to arrive on the island the day before to ensure you can settle into the land

This is an intimate experience with only 7 spaces available for women (plus me and my team) which is wonderful as I have found it allows for a deep holding, healing and connection, both individually and as a group

This is a non-residential retreat so accommodation & travel is not included. I can send you car hire companies and local recommendations (humble or luxury) for local places to stay if you need support with your overall planning process
If you are coming with friends/family or you would like to request booking a group accommodation/house locally with the other women who are coming then please let me know as I can help arrange this with some great local options

About Josie
I am a mother and highly sensitive woman who feels deeply attuned to the subtle energies of humans, nature, animals and this beautiful wild world that we all call home. My tender heart, depth of feeling and connection to others, eventually led me on a path of self-discovery and healing. I woke up to my true calling in 2011 in the midst of a powerful spiritual awakening in my early twenties which led me on a path of self-discovery and further studies. In 2014 I birthed my energy healing practice whilst living in Ibiza and London. This was the moment I fully devoted to my path in service to the awakening of humanity, and allowed my healing hands to do what they came here to do. Since then, over the past 12 years, my work has deepened and evolved as I continue to explore further trainings along the way (including, Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Sound Practitioner, Tuning Forks, Somatic Womb Alchemy, Womb Massage, Plant Spirit Connection, Cacao Facilitator, Maiden to Mother Rite of Passage Guide) gradually weaving sound, voice and womb work into my practice, whilst always keeping energy healing as the foundation. I believe these natural yet powerful tools - energy, sound, ceremony - are a key part of our collective remembering and I am honoured to share these nourishing spaces with others and to witness the shifts that unfold - emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually. These tools have the power to bring us back to our natural state of harmony - our true essence, our soul.
I have had the honour of working with thousands of people internationally to share sessions and retreats - both 121 and in groups. Over the years my work has been featured and reviewed in British Vogue, i-D, Tatler, Elle, The Telegraph, Mr Porter, Pioneer. In 2020 I birthed my first album of soul songs into the world ‘New Earth’ and my second album ‘Great Mother’ in 2023 which can be found on all major streaming platforms.
I am currently living on the Balearic island of Ibiza with my family - my husband Christopher and our precious daughter Violet - on the edge of a mountain in nature, opposite Es Vedra (known as the third most magnetic place on Earth).
It is such an honour to be in service to others in this way. It is my true calling and my life’s purpose - and not a single moment passes by when I am not humbled in the deepest gratitude and awe for being able to connect with others in sacred space. My path has taken me on a deep journey with the Great Mother so I am in devotion to being a vessel for her love and healing in a world which so desperately needs restoration in the feminine. This is one of the reasons why I create women’s retreats filled with such beauty, connection and depth - because it is here where we come home to our softness and our strength, it is here where we remember that women rise together and that we were never meant to do this alone. The power of women gathering is beyond words - it is truly an ancient rememberence
About Chris
Chris (Conscious Cook) is our resident chef, bringing his food gifts and sensational creations. We believe good quality food is a key element on retreats so we are lucky to receive such incredible nourishment from Chris’s hands and heart. He creates healthy, clean food which is tasty beyond words and full of life force and flavour. People often describe his food as a taste explosion, bringing nourishment to body and soul. All meals will be organic, plant based, dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free. Chris will use the delicious fruits and vegetables of the island, along with pulses, herbs and spices to create incredible dishes. This retreat is about supporting renewal and awakening in our heart space so he will design a seasonal menu to support this.
Chris is a conscious chef who bridges the worlds of holistic food practices, ceremony, energy and sound to create high-vibrational healing experiences for the mind, body, and soul. Since 2019, he’s been sharing his healing food on retreats, online programs and through one-on-one sessions, as well as his group cleanse programs. His mission is to combine well-being, food and ceremony, helping us reconnect with the healing power within ourselves and nature, while inspiring a more conscious, harmonious future for ourselves and the planet.
About Valentina
Valentina is a healer who works with medicinal herbs and plants, a coach and a spiritual guide that supports people in a journey of reconnection, not only back to yourself, but to nature, to your soul and ultimately back to God. Weaving together the wisdom of the plants and the spirits of God, as well as modern therapeutic approaches to support inner healing and transformation.
Valentina’s journey into becoming a healer started from a young age. She suffered with anxiety, depression, eating disorders and always felt a deep inner longing for a life with more meaning. In seeking answers and healing, her journey took her across the world and into the heart of the Peruvian Amazon jungle. There, through years of training and apprenticeship of indigenous traditions, nature became her greatest teacher and the first true medicine for her soul.
After graduating within an ancient Amazonian shamanic lineage, Valentina returned to Europe, where she now offers a sacred space for people to find healing and reconnect with their hearts and souls. Her work draws together elements of sound therapy, energy work, Amazonian shamanism, plant allies, counselling and psychosynthesis coaching to help release old patterns, soften the heart and move forward with clarity and purpose. At the core of everything she does is a simple intention: to walk beside others as they remember who they truly are, reconnect with nature and return home to themselves.

Booking Terms & Conditions
You can secure your spot with a full payment upfront or choose the option to pay in 2 instalments. Please note, £400 is a non-refundable deposit
Please find payment plan information and terms as follows;
First Payment: £400 is required as a non-refundable deposit to confirm your space
Second Payment: The remaining is due at least 1 month before the retreat date
If the payment plan option doesn’t work for you, please reach out to us. We are happy to discuss alternative payment plans if needed as we understand everyone has different circumstances
CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of the total cost is a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. Please note, if we need to cancel the retreat for any reason, you will get a full refund. If you cancel your place on the retreat at least 2 months prior to the retreat date you will receive a refund minus the 50% deposit. If you cancel your place on the retreat within 2 months you will not receive a refund. However, if you need to cancel and we manage to fill your space we will transfer your place to someone else and refund you, minus any transaction fees. We are human and will always try and make sure no one loses out as long as there is enough time and space to do so. However, at the same time we need to protect ourselves with this cancellation policy and terms because we are running these spaces as a family and it requires a lot of time, costs and preparation to make it happen.
