Life Force: Summer Sound, Ceremony & Feast

Welcoming you to gather with us in the forest for a summer evening of healing, joy and togetherness. This sacred space will offer a beautiful opportunity to unwind, rest your mind, rejuvenate your spirit, cleanse your body and receive nourishment in every level of your being. We will begin with a moment of connection all together to open the space and build our altar in community. Then we will sit in presence with heart opening plant cacao as we guide you on a journey within through a dreamy soundscape of crystal bowls, voice, flute. Ceremony is a special way to connect to self, others, earth and spirit. A sacred moment to receive in heart, body and soul. Our gathering will close with an incredible outdoor feast and fire. This magic takes place on the lands of Happy River surrounded by trees and radiating with love and serenity.

FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT - CHILDREN WELCOME
We welcome all ages for this community gathering including families and children. However, we suggest that any children under 9 years old do not do the sound ceremony as it will likely be too long and deep for them (unless you feel your child would love it). However, we will have a children’s area set up nearby so that any children under 9 can be accompanied by a parent/guardian there once the opening part closes and we go into the sound 4.00pm-6.00pm Please note, we have also hired a dear friend and wonderful teacher to be a guardian of the children’s area so it may also be possible for your child to be with her dependant on age - please email me to discuss your needs. Then we will all gather together for the feast and fire from 6.00pm-8.30pm with children welcome to come an eat, play and be wild and free all together

WHAT TO BRING
As we are travelling from Ibiza to UK for this event, we do not have all of our stuff with us so we ask that you bring your own blanket, cushion, mat for the sound ceremony please to ensure you are comfortable
We invite you to bring flowers for an offering for the altar and the land
As we will be serving ceremonial cacao, we ask that you avoid alchohol on the day of the ceremony and please avoid caffeine for at least 3 hours prior
Please arrive between 3.20pm-3.30pm for a 3.40pm start
ABOUT US
Josie & Christopher have been together for 17 years since they met in Ibiza in the Summer of 2008. They finally followed their dreams to move to Ibiza in 2023 where they now live remotely in the mountains with their daughter Violet. Together they love to weave their gifts to co-create heart led spaces of nourishment for others to receive through sound, ceremony and food
JOSIE DANIELLE
Josie has been working with others for over 11 years through the art of energy work, sound and womb healing. In 2014 she birthed her practice into the world in Ibiza and London, and now shares her sessions and retreats internationally. Her healing hands and compassionate nature are known to create a sacred space where shifts unfold on many levels - emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally. Josie weaves together her gifts and experience to guide women through gentle yet powerful journeys in 1-2-1 and groups. Over the years her healing work has been featured and reviewed in British Vogue, i-D, Tatler, Elle, The Telegraph, Mr Porter, Pioneer. Sound is a key part of the spaces she holds. Josie weaves alchemy crystal bowls, melodic instruments and her voice to create immersive experiences. She has recently created and released 2 albums of soul songs 'New Earth' 2020 and 'Great Mother' 2023 which can be found on Spotify and all major streaming platforms. Josie lives on the island of Ibiza, nestled in the mountains with her family.
CHRISTOPHER BOOKLESS
Christopher Bookless Conscious Cook is a chef, transformational coach, and energy and sound healer based in Ibiza. Since launching Conscious Cook in 2019, Chris has been on a mission to inspire others through the healing power of food and mindful living. Chris’s unique approach weaves together nourishing, high-vibration cuisine with energy work and sound healing, creating deeply transformative experiences for individuals and groups. His work is rooted in authenticity, compassion and open-hearted presence - holding space for others to reconnect with themselves, release limiting patterns, and embody their true vitality.
A passionate foodie at heart, Chris is known for crafting flavour-packed dishes that prove healthy eating can be exciting, joyful, and full of life. For Chris, food is sacred - it is a medicine, a teacher, and a bridge to personal and planetary well-being.
Beyond the kitchen, Chris works extensively in the retreat space, offering his signature blend of healing food and spiritual practices. He has guided many individuals in overcoming emotional, mental, and spiritual blocks through his integrative approach. His work with men in particular - through retreats and 1:1 coaching - has helped many reclaim a sense of peace, connection, and inner strength.
Chris's offerings serve as a reminder that food is more than fuel - it is an act of love, a practice of mindfulness, and a path to wholeness.
