Join me in ceremony to meet the mother within. Every woman carries within her an inner mother - the part of us that knows how to nurture, listen, tend, protect, support and love us, exactly as we are. And yet, so many of us have learned to give these qualities freely to others, whilst forgetting to give them to ourselves.
This ceremony is an invitation to begin to cultivate a deeper relationship with your own inner mother, to explore what it feels like to hold yourself, to listen to your needs, and to meet yourself with the same tenderness, compassion and devotion you so naturally offer to those around you. Calling all the givers, holders, mamas, sensitives, lovers and deep feelers, this will be a space for you to be in service to yourself and fill up your cup.
We gather on the last day of Virgo season and Autumn Equinox - a threshold and moment of harmony and transition as we begin to slow down and connect with our feminine energy. This is a gentle invitation to go within and come home to yourself. After the fullness of the summer season where there is so much tending, holding, expanding and outward focus, this is a chance to come deeper inwards, to root into yourself, your body and the earth, with love and care.
Together in a held, safe, loving space, we will explore
♡ An introduction to the cherishing aspect of the inner mother - and how you can begin to access her love and wisdom
♡ An exploration of where you are longing for more nurturing and compassion in your life
♡ What it means to mother yourself and how it can look different for each woman
♡ Self-mothering practices and ceremony to come into your body and nourish yourself physically, emotionally and spiritually
This will be supportive for every woman
This space is for EVERY woman - we all have an inner mother within us - we are all expressions of the Great Mother and it is important to activate this relationship within us for ourselves, our relations and life
However, this will be especially supportive for any woman who identifies with the mother wound / for any woman who is depleted and deeply craving to feel nurtured / for any woman who is in a dark place and longs to feel held and supported / for any woman who can feel her inner child needing to be seen, heard and validated
To be clear, you don't need to have children to explore the inner mother - this work is a key part of feminine maturation and evolution which comes for EVERY woman at some point so this is an introduction to mothering yourself
You don't need to have done any previous work on this. Simply come as you are and meet the mother within - a deeply wise, ancient, unwavering presence that will support you to remember you are whole, you are enough, you are worthy and your needs matter

ABOUT JOSIE DANIELLE
I am a highly sensitive woman who feels deeply attuned to the subtle energies of humans, nature, animals and this beautiful, wild world we all call home. My tender heart, depth of feeling and connection to others and the world eventually led me on a path of self-discovery and healing. I woke up to my true calling in 2011 in the midst of a powerful spiritual awakening in my early twenties, and I knew there was no going back after this point - before this I had been unknowingly numbing and suppressing my voice, my pain, my gifts and my sensitivity, so it was a huge portal of transformation in my life and a step into a whole new chapter.
In 2014 I launched my energy healing practice whilst living in Ibiza and London. This was the moment I fully devoted to my path in service to the awakening of humanity, and allowed my healing hands to do what they came here to do. Since then, over the past 12 years, my work has deepened and evolved as I continued to explore further trainings along the way (including, Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Sound Practitioner, Tuning Forks, Somatic Womb Alchemy, Womb Massage, Flower & Plant Spirit Connection, Maiden to Mother Rite of Passage Guide) gradually weaving sound, voice and womb work into my practice whilst always keeping energy healing as the foundation and heart. I believe these natural yet powerful tools - energy, sound, ceremony, womb connection - are a key part of our collective remembering and I am honoured to share these nourishing spaces with others and to witness the shifts that unfold - emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually.
I have had the honour of working with thousands of women around the world to share sessions and retreats - both 121 and in groups, online and in person. Over the years my work has been featured and reviewed in British Vogue, i-D, Tatler, Elle, The Telegraph, Mr Porter, Pioneer. In 2020 I birthed my first album of healing songs into the world ‘New Earth’ and my second album ‘Great Mother’ in 2023 - both can be found on all major streaming platforms, and have since reached millions of listeners each year.
I am currently living on the Balearic island of Ibiza with my family - my husband Christopher and our precious daughter Violet - on the edge of a mountain, off grid, opposite a sacred site called Es Vedra, surrounded by crystal waters and forests, feeling closer to the earth than ever before - and for that I am so grateful. It feels like the perfect place for my mission to continue to unfold - to support the restoration of the feminine and to bring women back to the Great Mother within and around us.
