Over the threshold of Beltane, we gather in the embrace of the island in her spring bloom, surrounded by flowers, crystal waters and the majestic Es Vedra, to honour all that is blooming within the earth and within ourselves. This intimate, nurturing space invites you to gently connect with your heart and womb, awakening feminine energy, creativity and renewal through ritual, sound and nourishing practices.
We are blessed to work with orange blossom which is currently in the last phase of her annual bloom on the island. This precious aromatic water was hand crafted through the process of copper distillation on the New Moon, carrying the essence of this season. Orange blossom has long been cherished for its heavenly scent and gentle effect on the nervous system. Traditionally associated with the heart, it is known to uplift emotions, support relaxation, ease tension and bring a sense of joy, sensuality and inner harmony.
This will be a softening space to honour the shift into this new cycle with Beltane and welcome “the return of the light” within and around you

WHAT IS A HYDROSOL / FLOWER WATER?
A hydrosol is a gentle, aromatic and therapeutic plant/flower-derived water produced during the steam distillation of botanicals, containing water-soluble plant properties and micro droplets of essential oil. There is something deeper in this process too as the energetic/spiritual imprint of the plant is carried in water, which then meets with the waters of our body. When this process takes place with intention and presence, whilst supported by the crystal sounds, it acts as a bridge to deeply connect with the living intelligence of the plant. It is a full sensory experience through scent, feeling, sound and taste.
